At REVIVE MOVEMENT, I offer gentle, expert postpartum recovery services designed to support your healing—physically and emotionally. Whether you’re weeks or months into motherhood, my 1:1 sessions and small group programmes are here to help you rebuild strength, confidence, and connection in a safe, welcoming space. Based in Soham and open to mums across Ely, Newmarket, Fordham, and beyond, my focus is always on you—your body, your pace, your wellbeing.

Services to Support Your Recovery
1:1 Postnatal Sessions
Personalised support to help you with pelvic floor rehab, core connection, and a gradual return to movement or exercise—completely tailored to your birth experience and recovery goals.
Group Recovery Classes
Small, supportive groups where we focus on core strength, posture, breathwork, and gentle mobility. A great way to connect with other local mums while looking after your body. More information below.
Pelvic Floor & Core Rehab
Focused sessions that address leaks, discomfort, and a feeling of disconnection in your core. I use proven, gentle techniques to guide your recovery in a respectful, encouraging way.
Mum-and-Baby Fitness Classes
Held at Soham Fitness Centre, Thursdays 11–11:45am, £6/session.
A Note From Me
I know how overwhelming the fourth trimester can feel. I’m here to offer a calm, judgement-free space where you feel seen and supported—whether you’re six weeks or six months postpartum. You don’t need to be “ready” or “fit” to start. You just need a place to begin. I’ve worked with mums across Soham, Ely, and the surrounding areas and have additional training in pre/postnatal care and postpartum-specific recovery work.

Revive Postpartum
A 6-week recovery course at East Cambs Child and Family Centre in Soham. £30 for all 6 sessions
Weekly Topics:
- Week 1: Breathing
- Week 2: Pelvic floor
- Week 3: Lower abs
- Week 4: Posture and pelvis
- Week 5: Glutes
- Week 6: Putting it all together
This is a mother and baby group with gentle and supportive exercises to help you feel more like you.
Qualifications
With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, additional training in Corrective Exercise, Personal Training, and over a decade of hands-on experience—including work in NHS clinics and private practice—you’re in safe hands. I work with everyday people, not just athletes, and I take the time to explain what’s happening in your body and why it matters.
