Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.

Because it is difficult to fill a cancelled appointment without sufficient notice, appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice and missed appointments will be charged at £10, which will be invoiced to you directly

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or text 07974 853645 or email emma@revivemovement.co.uk at least 24 hours in advance.

You can also use the cancel link in your confirmation email from Rehab Guru. Unfortunately
appointments cannot be amended on the platform yet but you can use the link to cancel and then rebook a new appointment.

Class / group bookings

Payment is required when booking a class or group online. Payments are non refundable unless due
to exceptional circumstances which can be discussed.
