Sports Therapy That Moves With You
At Revive MOVEMENT, I offer hands-on support for anyone experiencing discomfort, pain, or MOVEMENT limitations—whether you’re a dedicated gym-goer, a weekend runner, or just someone struggling with everyday aches. Sports Therapy is about more than treating athletes. It’s about helping people move better, feel stronger, and recover fully. Based in Soham and serving Ely, Newmarket, and nearby areas, I tailor every session to your body, your activity level, and your goals—so performance meets recovery in a way that works for you.
Rebuild And Recover With Confidence
Injury recovery can feel overwhelming—but you’re not alone. At Revive MOVEMENT, I support clients through every stage of rehabilitation with compassion, clarity, and proven strategies. Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury, post-surgical recovery, or long-term chronic discomfort, I’ll guide you through a personalised, step-by-step approach to help you feel stronger and move with more ease. Based in Soham and supporting the wider Cambridgeshire area, I offer a safe, understanding space for you to rebuild confidence in your body—without pressure or judgement.

Step 1: What We Treat
I help with a wide range of concerns, including:
- Muscle pain or tightness
- Overuse injuries
- Back, shoulder, and neck tension
- Hip, knee, and ankle discomfort
- Postural imbalances
- Reduced mobility or flexibility
- Movement dysfunctions related to training
- Old injuries flaring back up

Step 2: How It Works
You’ll start with a full assessment—looking at how you move, what’s bothering you, and what might be causing the issue. Sessions may include soft tissue therapy, joint mobilisation, corrective exercises, or rehab planning. I also use Soham Fitness Centre when needed to assess training patterns and support your recovery with strength work. You’ll leave each session with a clear plan and practical tools to support your progress.

Step 3: Benefits
- Reduced pain and improved MOVEMENT
- Personalised rehab and exercise plans
- Increased body awareness and injury prevention
- Support in returning to sport or activity
- Enhanced recovery between training sessions

Step 4: Qualifications
With a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy, additional training in Corrective Exercise, Personal Training, and over a decade of hands-on experience—including work in NHS clinics and private practice—you’re in safe hands. I work with everyday people, not just athletes, and I take the time to explain what’s happening in your body and why it matters.

– Tom, Fordham

“Not your typical ‘sports massage’—this is proper therapy. Emma figures out what’s wrong and helps you fix it.”

Step 2: Personalised Plan
Together, we’ll create a realistic, phased plan tailored to your goals—whether that’s returning to work, sport, or simply daily comfort. Your plan will evolve with you, and we’ll adapt it as you progress.
